Best tips / tutos to promote an apps in 2014 ?

Hello Mooooooooooooz Community !

I was wondering if anyone got some niece pieces of content or event better tips / ideas to promote apps such as:

• Store promotion
• Guest blogging tips
• Etc.

We're currently moving to apps promotion and that's an amazing topic that we don't know so much so far. So if you have any good advises !

So far we've been working on "traditional" website promotion and not sure how accurate is it for apps.

I'm also new to google play and app store optimization (ASO), below are some links to understand basics about ASO and also please keep in mind that Google Play Store counts backlinks and app reviews from external websites but app store or Apple store has nothing to do with backlinks.
