Did you take a look at the inbound links to each of these pages? Was the content on the spec page original? I also assume that the product spec pages was live prior to the bundles page. Is this correct?

Chalk it up to age of the page, keyword density, or a good ol' fashion mistake. Just focus on helping them identify which one deserves to rank by driving links, adding more relevant content to help the user experience, and anything you can do to set yourself apart from the other handful of panaboard sites

I see you even went through the trouble of making all of the content on that page unique. How new is the page? How recently did you add that content? It may take several weeks to identify a clear-cut winner in the eyes of Google. Adding fresh links from external sources will help your efforts.
