Product pages not ranked. Why?

I would work on building more quality links. It appears that a majority of your links are from directories and may not be helping build authority on search engines. Consider building links to your product pages with diversified anchor text to have a natural looking linkback profile. This should help get your product pages ranking.
Are all of the product descriptions unique other than the canonical issue?

yes the content is unique and I wrote most of it myself to ensure that it is unique. I am just worried that something is wrong from a technical standpoint, because i am not very knowledgeable about that subject at all.
Thanks for the info on diversified anchor text, I will start working on that.

Google is recognizing the rel=canonical tag as this URL - http://torontovaporizer.ca/portable-vaporizers/arizer-solo-vaporizer.html - is not being indexed.
Unless your ecommerce site creates other duplicate pages that you have not placed a rel=canonical tag you should be OK.
Quality deeplink building and diversified text should be your solution.
I would also check your webmaster tools to see if there are warnings or crawl errors. Also, Choose "Optimization" Option and click on "HTML Improvements" to find any recommendations on meta or title tags.
