How disconnect linked Google Analytics accounts
-
I don't see instructions that relate to the new Moz Analytics. My VA was experimenting and linked his own Google Analytics account at one point. My campaigns are now all set up and linked correctly, but I would really like to clean out the stuff that will never apply from his personal account.

Moz Analytics is still in beta.
Have you tried using the pro version of your campaign? http://pro.moz.com/campaigns/[CAMPAIGN NUMBER]/edit

Hey Scott,
Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. Right now, the only way to disconnect a GA account in Moz Analytics would be to completely disconnect from all of the GA accounts you have associated with your campaigns. We will not pull any data from your VA's personal account and he can actually revoke the token for Moz Analytics from within his GA account here: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens
In the future, we will separate out the GA profiles so you would only see the profiles for the accounts that are actually being tracked on your campaigns, but we are still in the process of building that out.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey Federico,
Users that signed up after September 20th only have access to the Moz Analytics version of the tool, as we will soon be deprecating the PRO version. Also, PRO and Moz Analytics connect to Google Analytics through separate authorization tokens, so disconnecting in PRO wouldn't affect the connection in Moz Analytics.
Hopefully, this clears things up a bit.

Hi Chiaryn,
That's a helpful link, but I use two different Moz accounts. I don't want to revoke the Moz token for both, just one, which isn't an option.
While in another clients Moz I clicked "Connect another GA account" and it automatically connected to the GA email I was logged into, rather than prompting me to select what GA to login to.
Now, this Moz profile that I am working on for a client can see 25 of my other clients--something that is not good. How do I disappoint my GA account(s) profile from just one Moz, not two?
I sent an email to the help desk, but they ask for the 4 digit CC on file, which I don't want to have to ask the client for, they will think that is quite odd.
Thank you,
Todd
