You'll have better results if you put them in the . I noticed you use Yoast, so this should work.

          Hi Paul,

While there is no guarantee that a branded search (like the one you've described) will bring up a G+ link in the SERPs, some businesses to achieve them. It may be a trust thing. You might try following these steps in this Google tutorial if you haven't already done so:

          https://support.google.com/plus/answer/1713826?hl=en&ref_topic=3052532

You'll notice that if you add a geo term to your query, then you do get both the Google+ link and the review link in your results:

          https://www.google.com.au/#q=doors+direct+brisbane

So, I wouldn't be concerned that Google isn't aware of your business and its connection to your Google+ Local page. It may simply be a case of building greater authority. Or, a case of time.

I want to share a link to this short but really awesome little post at Local U about why some results show G+ links and some don't. Be sure to read both the post and the comment by Linda Buquet. I think you'll find it quite interesting:

          http://localu.org/blog/google-local-search-results-show-g-links-others/

          Hope this helps!

Postscript: I wanted to return to this thread with another thought, the insight of which I owe to Darren Shaw of Whitespark. I have seen questions like yours come up before regarding the absence of a G+ link for a branded result and I've never had any hunches about this. Here's an interesting new hunch:

Something to consider is the fact that there is a difference between your company's name and the name of the other company you used in your example.

"Doors Direct" could, just possibly, be hitting Google as a slightly ambiguous query. You'll notice that in your example search, Google is bringing up more than one business, possibly because Google doesn't feel sure about the user's intent. Once you add a geo term to the search, Google suddenly gets it that someone is searching for your company in Brisbane, and that's when you're getting the Google+ link in the results.

By contrast, there is no ambiguity factor related to the brand Synchromedia Group. Could be that Google sees this query and has no doubt as to what the user wants.

So, this may be playing a part in your lack of a Google+ link for your branded, non-geo search. Something to consider.
