Best social media software/app/site?

Hi,

I am looking for a website that allows me to schedule tweets in advance, I mean like a whole weeks work or something. With all features such as analytics, multiple social accounts and so on.

Don't have a big budget and I am currently on Buffer free account but might upgrade to the $10 p/m account if its worth it?

What do other people use and suggest?

Thanks. Does that link and that method allow the ability to reschedule on mass, eg. a weeks worth of tweets going off every 1-2 hours?
