How can I export cyrillic text to analyse backlinks?

I think this is not an export issue but do with how the characters on your computer are being interpreted and displayed.

You will need to make sure that you have a cyrillic locale selected (Russian?) and then try opening the CSV file. Not all fonts will include the cyrillic character set, so you may need to try different font selections for view all cells in your spreadsheet.
