        Ruchi, you'll notice the your post has already been republished numerous times.  If you were to put it on your blog, I'd be sure to noindex it, rather than use it to link back to your original. I think rather than republishing it, though, I'd be satisfied with any boost to your domain and author authority.

          To be frank, it will be seen as duplicate content as firstly it was published on those sites first and because they are more authoratative one or the other one would be seen as the cannonical one.

          My suggestion would to either focus on a new topic, or if you want to position it based on the fact you were mentioned on prominent blogs, then you could just write a new short post that can summarise the key lessons of the post and include mentions of these blogs.

            I agree with Chris's statement.  A good way to integrate this into your website would be to publish the title, a few highlighted paragraphs, and a link directing users to the full post. Your website visitors will see that you're actively blogging and can consume the content, but you won't need to worry about stepping on any toes of the original publishers.

            Many publishers have policies regarding republishing content that they accept, so check there first.
