You can test it and give it a shot Cloudflare folks support Page Speed and may offer it as an Addon in the future.

One commentor John said: " page speed is better for optimizing the scripts and images, cloudflare is better for servicing content and its security features are unparallel.
Also cloudflare dont have such strict timeouts and its more graceful to slow websites, page speed is not the best for my case would be to combine both."

A couple of weeks ago they launched their version for Nginx servers. Unfortunately I couldn't use it as you still have to set it up before you set up Nginx yourself and that was already done. However when looking at the features it involves it should really increase the speed of your site as it takes care of a lot of things.
