Hi Bhupesh,

Take a deep look at your backlink profile, because that's how Penguin works. Penguin looks for unnatural link and you have many of them. Use Open Site Explorer and MajesticSEO to analayze everything link by link.

I took a quick look at your backlink profile and I found couple of links which are detected as malwere. This is not a good sign. Remove them as quick as you can.

Analyze everything, remove links that are poor, build strong backlink profile and then you can think about high rankings.

In my opinion the plan should look like this:

1. Analyze all the data
2. Prepare list of all toxic/poor links.
3. Start removing all of them.
4. Prepare new high quality LinkBuilding Campaign.

Website and the content is another thing. It's full of "free Pills", "Free Trial Offers", "Free Samples Pills" and so on. You need to build content for users not for search engines.

A lot of work in front of you. I hope it will help you.

can u be more specifc. Because, we create links from

web2, vedios slides and with socail media.

I didn't analyze all of your links, but only a couple of them. I opened 10 links that showed in Open Site Explorer and the first one is from directory (low quality), next 9 links are from comments (couple years ago they probably work well, but now... I don't think so). These are not good quality links, that's why you got hit by the Penguin update.

In MajesticSEO I also see couple of links infected by malware:

In case of Link Building Campaigns what can I say. First you need to remove all the low quality backlinks then think about LinkBuilding, because maybe now you are gaining high quality links but all the bad links, you earned earlier are the problem.

Maybe think about running a blog about health where you will produce high quality content about health, diets and stuff like that. I mean high quality content not product advertisement.

First you need to prepare a strategy how to communicate with your market. It's your business, you should know the best what your customers are looking for and just deliver it.

These 2 points are fundamental to success.  If you do not agree you need to do some more research and change your mind quickly.  Also, look into EMD.

its ranking well in yahoo + bing."

My questions are very specific and related to a specific Problem.

Your answer is very generic.I yes i know about EMD's. MY Almost all emd's sites are doing very well. The problem with this site is, that it lost ranking to some important keywords.

Question is about, changes in site and link portfolio.

But your reply is like... Do this.. and hope for the best or God bess u

1. Onpage + onsite seo. Is it okay? or do i need to make any chages.

since there is huge Link and IP diversify. There should be no reason for penguin penalty.
