Is it or not normal

Hello,

Stupid question, maybe more of you will say: "YES IS NORMAL" but i want to know why, on what principles it work like this.

The situation: Making around 25 pages GRADE A on-page tool. After a week, i start growing up positions, +5, +6, +15,+33 positions.
Second week: The same 25 pages GRADE A lose position (and i saw that in traffic). Lose position like: -3, -8,-15,-37.

Is it normal? The web domain is 3 month old. What should i doooo ?

Or Mr.Penguin Update have a problem with my web store?

It's normal.  There are constant fluxuations in search results and when you make changes to a page, Google may shake up the results a bit to see how those changes may impact click through rates for your page.  Penguin has to do with your back links and I wouldn't worry optimizing your on-page factors is going to cause any penguin issues for you.

I agree 100% with Chris here. I've seen this happen myself.

As for what you should do - Build content and seek links! That's the answer here, for sure. You need better content and real relevant non-spammy links going to your site. Time to market!

Thank you, it make me feel better. I did not start an aggressive Link Building plan. I have only 33 domains giving me back, and all are are friends, and relations, at the moment. I did not start to buy back links. I wait for first page rank update.

Thank you for confirmation also. My content is really original, cause i have some products that in my country not exist and that mean the content in "Romanian" for example is not existing too. At every product i make a short story, and a nice description. I am not afraid for content. I am afraid for links, as i said before.

But what you mean "Time to market!" ?

Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to assume your existing content was weak. What I meant to say was now it is time to build MORE content and get links. Create things that people will want to share with eachother and that will gain you links in a natural fashion.

This, in a nutshell, is what I mean by "time to market!"
