How to delete a post on G+ business profile?

Any one knows how to delete a post on G+ business profile?  There is something called ''mute'' , i don't know what that is but there is no 'delete' option.. Any ideas?

PS: I loved the new look and design on new Moz but it took me a while to find ''Ask a Question'' button. I wonder why it is that far away
