I am in a dead loop with Followmonk Pro version?

I try to use the Followmonk Pro version from www.followmonk.com, it brought me to the moz.com page, then I sign up for the free trial to the Pro version. After I login, then I go to the "Research Tools" page and click "Followmonk" link under the "Social Analytic" section, it brought me back to the Followmonk web site.

So there is no way you can access to the Followmonk Pro feature. I am now in a dead loop, what's up Moz? I am very disappointed with your tool. I have heard many good things about you guys but never try before. However, my experience with you is very disappointed it.

I believe this is most likely do to the launch of the new site and all. I was having an issue just getting to my account this morning (Wednesday) but the links were fixed fairly quickly.

I am sure the tools works great, i have yet to use it myself. They have made it clear to the users that their will be kinks in the site, but that it would be temporary. Just have patience and keep checking back.

David, I know that is frustrating, but I assure you it is simply a case of really bad timing.  As Nathan mentioned, the entire site just got migrated to the new one today, so there have been glitches as would be expected when you are moving a massive site with so many parts and tools.

I was able to access the social analytics tonight and used it to find about 12 new people to connect with.  Hang in there during this transition, everything will be running smoothly soon.  I can tell they have been working all day.  I submitted a support ticket and got an immediate response, which was surprising to me with all that was going on.

Hi David,

I apologize for any confusion you are running into with our tools. Followerwonk is a separate tool which is why you are being redirected back to followerwonk.com. You should see your login name on the top right corner, if not, click on the link your moz and twitter accounts. You will have to re-authenticate your twitter account each time you return to the page.
