Is anyone noticing if penguin 2.0 as been launched

I read a paper that penguin 2.0 is already running

As anyone more information about that or any tool to seen how rankings has been affected

Yes Matt Cutts has confirmed that Penguin 2.0 is in full swing. I know you can download an app to check your rankings but you need to have had data to compare.

He is reporting 2.3% of queries affected.  I didn't know what to expect when I heard it would be 2.0 but based on the history of penguin it doesn't surprise me that it was not nearly as large as the big Panda updates.

Yes I can see some changes in Google in Australia, some strange results though!
