Pages indexed but content not ranking

This may be a dumb question, but are you doing any back-linking, or only onsite optimization?
Just because you submit your site to Google doesn't mean that it will automatically rank you, even for long tail keywords. I would recommend doing a small seo push on that particular page with that keyword and related keyword and see what happens from there. Your sight as a whole is already ranking on page 1 of google for a variety of San Diego Limo keywords.

Your site looks pretty decent to me. According to OSE you only have 1 backlink to that page. I would suggest a better internal linking strategy to that page. Following that I would consider trying to earn a few links to that page from outside. I've seen this kind of thing lots of times. Many times Google indexes content but doesn't actually start populating it in SERPs until you give it a good reason to. A few quality backlinks and better internal linking structure and this content will be ranking very well.

Hi Cary,
If you Google, "Bachelorette and bachelor parties are among the most memorable events of your wedding. Everyone knows that the last night out with the boys and/or girls can be wild and exciting; don't let your designated driver be left out from all the fun!" - using quotes, your page appears as the only result.
Also, using one page to target both bachelor and bachelorette parties may be difficult. You may need to have a page for both. When I Google San Diego Bachelor Party Limo, I do not see your site on page one; however, when I Google San Diego Bachelorette Party Limo I see your company - I would assume the reasoning behind this is in your title, headings, and text, you use the following order: bachelor and bachelorette party - you are using the keyword "bachelorette party" a lot more than bachelor. Maybe have a page for each, considering the audiences are probably looking for something slightly different.
Also, I would suggest removing your phone number from your title tag. It is using up a lot of space that you could use for additional keywords or just omit it altogether to clean up the title tag. I would definitely list the phone number in your description, but the title is not really helping people - in my opinion.
I would highly suggest using SEOmoz's On-PAge Report Card to evaluate how your individual pages are targeting a specific keyword.
And as Jason and Brad suggest, getting a few extra links to these deeper pages will definitely help you in ranking as well.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
Mike

you have a bunch of competitors. I could see some doing their own seo. Seems that they've been doing it for a while now. It's normal for it to not rank immediately though.
Basing from your history, you seem to have been hit by a penguin back in october. Maybe you could take a look at your links and check out how you've overoptimised.

yes i know its ranking for other keywords but i wanted to see why not for some of my main services - but i will add some links on these and see - thanks for the suggestion

i didnt see my competitors having links particularly for these pages. I guess my question is why am i not even on page 2 or 3 or 4....why nowhere?
-
thank you i see your point and ur right but for example "san diego prom limo" - i have a page on that why am i nowhere to be found - why am i not event page 2,3 or 4 - i appreciate everyone's thoughts on this
-
yes last year in august is where i have lost my rankings on main keywords and ever since then the site seems to be stuck somewhere under a filter
- still trying to figure out why none of my services rank on even page 2-3-4 and some keywords rank...weird behaviors ever since last year in august -
I am guessing that has to do some with your on-page SEO.
Your /prom page has 1 instance of the phrase "prom limo", while san diego prom night limo you are on page 3, because you have "prom night" on your page more than "prom limo".
I would suggest looking at the article SEOmoz has posted regarding Perfecting Keyword Targeting and On-Page Optimization

it's normal for it to happen for sites that have overoptimised keywords. Your main keywords wont rank but the others will. It's one of those weird scenarios. Take a look at the page. Was you homepage ranking before or an inner page? If it's an inner page, then it makes things a whole lot easier. Then, check for your current "ranking" page (meaning, you are in the 50's or 100's range depending on your type of penalty) if it's a different page and keeps on changing to other pages, then you need to start cleaning up your links.
