New Site Structure
-
Greetings SEOmoz Team and Users,
I need some advise, our site has more products to offer so I am try to optimize the index for a general term and each page product for it's own main keyword.
Our site offers accommodation such apartments, hotels and vacation rentals so this is my structure:
Index:
Main Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | Site name(brand name)
Page Product 1:
Main Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | Site name (brand name)
Page Product 2:
Main Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | Site name (brand name)
Also can I use the brand name at the end of title tag with separate words ?
example: londonescape or london escape or londonescape.net
London Apartments | short term london apartments | London Escape
or
London Apartments | short term london apartments | LondonEscape
I think ''London Escape'' is better because has more popularity.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks,
Giuseppe

Hey Giuseppe
For the brand name, "London Escape" will be fine. Google will recognise this as your brand name no problem.
In fact, what you might see and what is currently present in a few search results is that Google promotes this brand term to the front of the page. For a lot of Keyword 1 | Keyword 2 | Brand Name title tag formats, Google is rewriting the search engine result like this: Brand Name: Keyword 1 | Keyword 2
Doesn't seem to have any beneficiary or adverse effect on rankings, but it certainly shows that Google is able to recognise your brand name when written in separate words.
Hope this helps.
