Google shopping feed and magento go

Has anyone tried to get Magento Go into a Google shopping feed? I am having loads of trouble. I read Magento GO's website on how to do it and it is not correct. When I talked to their tech support even they didn't know how to do it! Does anyone have a good way to get MagentoGo and the Google shopping feed to talk to each other? A webinar an email address for me or a website they have seen with step by step instructions?
