Which domain would you choose?
-
This is more of a survey than anything.
If your name was Jeremy Parker, and you were to start a personal blog/site. Assuming jeremyparker.com was not available, which domain would you go with?
3. jerpark.com
4. Other.
From an SEO standpoint it would be unlikely to make a difference.
But from a branding standpoint. Which one would you perceive to be best?
Thanks.

jeremyparker.net would be best from an SEO standpoint.
jerpark.com could work, if that's what you want to brand yourself as (JerPark). It's short and easy to type.

I prefer the top 2. 1 because it's the actual name together, 2 because it's the name with a dot com. I don't prefer 3 and without knowing what's available, 4 is possible but it depends. (I'd take jparker, I wouldn't take JeremyParkr, etc.)
parkerjeremy.com maybe?
Plenty of options depending on the use, as well. I've seen things like j-parker work as well.

My vote goes for jeremyparker.net as well.

EITHER JEREMYPARKER.NET OR 4) JEREMYPARKER.NAME. I DON'T THINK I HAVE SEEN A .NAME THOUGH.

i vote for JEREMYPARKER.NET
but if you are in a specific field, perhaps something like:
also, have you checked abbreviations?
heck, make up a middle name letter and use that:

Thanks for the advise. Seems most would prefer the dot net,
