Offer landing page, duplicate content and noindex

Hi there

I'm setting up a landing page for an exclusive offer that is only available (via a link) to a particular audience.

Although I've got some specific content (offer informaiton paragraph), i want to use some of the copy and content from one of my standard product pages to inform the visitors about what it is that i'm trying to sell them.

Considering I'm going to include a noindex on this page, do i need to worry about it having some content copied directly from another page on my site?

ZeeGirl-    If you are properly using a no index there is no issue. And remember, if you are doing PPC, the content on the page will determine your quality score/relkevance and PPC...so make sure it is super strong related to the PPC ad and keywords.

You can avoid the no index altogether if you change most of the content to be unique (then witha  little extra effort you kill two birds with one stone). You get ALL the extra SEO value attached to the main site and you get he QS and relevancy score high for the landing page. The standard is at least 50% unique verbiage...shoot for 75% plus and you will have no issues.....
