Why my seomoz keyword ranking are different to google SERPs

I use  Cute Rank to check my keywords ranking in Google, but after last update seomoz is showing some of keyword ranked much higher than Cute Rank. I checked them manually and they are on positions showed by Cute Rank and not by Seomoz.

Can someone explain me why is that?

Don't be offended by the questions but... Were you checking with Personal Web Search turned off? And you use a proxy for Cuterank?

No I use default settings browsing google.ie . And no proxy in Cute Rank.

Yeah that makes sense but doesn't work.

I did what they advised, cleared and turn off search history.

Few keywords, mainly product names change their position up and down for few places, but highlighted in the screenshot didn't move.

There is a huge difference between position 35 in seomoz and 97 in cuterank for keyword: funny gift ideas

Sorry that didn't fix it.  This is how I'd check the rank of that phrase in Google Ireland
