You could try installing an SEO plugin like 'all in one SEO' or Yoast's 'Wordpress SEO.'

Both give you the ability to edit title tags site-wide.

Hi Iqbal,

Open this page and edit out the URL then redirect this URL to new URL that you create by using redirection wordpress plugin.

Let me know if you still have any problem in it .
