Youtube is always a solid choice, but make sure you're optimizing the titles, descriptions and categories with the keywords you want to rank for. Don't over do it though. Make sure you also build a video sitemap afterwards.

SEOmoz uses Wistia I believe so they might be a good example to follow.

Hosted on your site if u want people to land on your site. If you don't care about that than YouTube definitely, but the traffic will go to them. Maybe some people will click the links in the description and visit you that way.

I would publish them on YouTube and ensure that you provide a link to your company website in the video description.
