Good free duplicate content tools (comparing 2 URLs)

We want to compare two URLs and test how much duplicate content is on the page. Is there any good free tools for this and how do I use the tool.

but I don't know how good it is.

I like copyscape. When comparing 2 URLs, how do I know if there is too much duplicate content according to google?

In the result you will see a red fragment, that's the% of copy.

An example: Duplicate >> ( I hope the link works =P)

The page below has 226 words matching 28% of the page, as highlighted below:

What % is bad, and if it depends, what does it depend on?

I think 20-30% is within the limits, as they may be taking some extract for its own post, but more than that it can bring duplicate content issues
