      I'm about to launch a new website and was just wondering if anyone had tried this before;

      On product pages i thought it may be a good idea to include prices, with a message to save more when the customer buys more.

      Something along the lines of this;

      [Product name] at/from [Brand name] - Only [Price] [Buy # to save]

      Etc.

      Does anyone have any experience with using this in title tags (along with some variation of offering a saving when bulk buying) etc? Any comments would be hugely appreciated! Thanks!

      [EDIT]

      Should also just note that we are very competitive on pricing - Looked at more than 70 competitors and we're offering better quality products (than the ones from [supposedly top] competitors we've sampled) for lower prices.

        Hi Jonathan, Yes, we have used prices in our titles to improve CTR. We only include the price in the title when we know we have the lowest or close to the lowest price of anyone in the industry. The interesting thing about doing this is that including the price like this also seemed to push us up in the search results. No doubt because Google wants searchers to be happy, and searchers are happy when they get great deals. "Free Shipping" in the title tag also helps in that way.

        If your pricing is MAP or not very competitive, I'd leave it out of the title and target something else that is compelling about the product to help your CTR.

        Hope that helps 🙂

        Dana

          On the same page as dana here. Just be sure that when the longest names are included, youre still within the recommended character limit.
