URL - Keywords

My domain name contains my top two keywords. Am I penalized if I create another page where I add my domain key words a 2nd time after the domain name along with a subcategory and the name of a state.
I don't know what white hat and black hat is so I want to make sure I stay white hat.
Also I didn't know it but is it true that your title shows up in your domain name?

Hi,
No one got a penalty for over optimizing the url.
It's about the content, ads, outgoing traffic (adsense , referrals, etc) - this is what you need to keep under a "natural" look and feel.
You can go over board with the URLS if everything else is at least "just fine".

Hi Utahtiger -
You won't be penalized in one sense for having your keywords in your URL again, but you may end up hurting your rankability for the term because you will have two pages optimized for those keywords. I think it would be better to focus on one of the pages (your homepage) for that keyword. This way you can point links to that page that are optimized for that term, instead of having to build links to two pages.
Don't hurt yourself with your onsite SEO. It's more important than a lot of people think
