Just wondering what other sites you guys use other than fivesecondtest.com to test out design changes, etc. I found a few but none of them looked even close as good as five second test.

I don't think anything beats classic A/B testing. You get a much larger sample and you get to sample your actual target audience. If you use Joomla/Wordpress/magneto visual web optimizer is a fine plugin: http://visualwebsiteoptimizer.com/features.php
