Mobile site and google maps: directions from current location

I have a QR code that links to a mobile site, and from that mobile site, I have a button that offers directions to our location.

I want that button to pull up the maps app on whichever mobile device it's on and map to me from the users current location.

Is this possible with 1 google maps url?
