Mozbar # issue

When viewed through the Mozbar page analysis tool my Joomla site is always displaying a bullet point and space character before the

site.

Is this likely to effect search engine reading of my

What I see is 30 pixel padding. I see the bullet, but do not believe it is an issue. It is still showing as an H1 in code and on mozbar. 
In your Joomla settings, look at global and see if there is something set on your particular theme causing this if it concerns you.
