Hi
Ya obviously you can 301 redirect to that pages in your site because both are relevant with that site. With 301 redirection you can transfer all traffic of http://macpokeronline.com/ on that site. According to me it is best way to increasing domain authority.

Hi Daniel,
A 301 redirect is the best way to preserve the weight of the pages. If you are only taking down a few pages (and not the whole site) you would want to redirect these pages to the most relevant pages on your other sites. You can do a redirect from a URL to URL so you don't have to move the whole site.
Alternatively, consider whether you can use these pages as they are. I know you mentioned you no longer have affiliations with these sites, but if the pages are still ranking and driving traffic then it may be worth thinking about how you can best use them. You may be able to redirect customers to other areas of your site and convert them this way.

Ben, I am aware of the benefits of redirecting links internally, my real question, however, is about redirecting links externally to another one of our web properties' home pages?

Sorry, I don't think I explained very well :). I was recommending that you didn't redirect these pages to the homepage of the other sites, but instead selected the most relevant page on the other sites and redirected to these. That way you would still take advantage of all the relevancy benefits.
