Your question is a little bit vague but what I think you're asking is "How long will it be before we drop in the rankings because of our dynamic URLs?"  To be honest, not a single person currently alive can tell you a definite answer to that--not even anyone at Google.

The Google search / results algorithm uses hundreds of signals to determine how to rank websites for any given keyword set.  The algorithm is extraordinarily complex, constantly changing, and a very VERY well-kept secret.  About the best anyone can tell you is that Google is trying harder and harder to weed out techniques that make its database and search results less accurate.  The algorithm is getting smarter at detecting these all the fancy tricks us SEOs have become accustomed to using.

To me, it sounds like you're headed the right direction.  Remove the dynamic URL generation feature on your website and continue to create good quality content.  The next step is to get other websites to link to your content with good solid anchor text.
