How to get your company on the Google +, Right Hand side box of search results?

We have a Google plus page, but the results aren't coming up there

Do you need a certain amount of people in your circles, what is the criteria to get your brand here? Any links?

What country are you in? Are you saying that no ads like the ones featured in the SEJ article are appearing where you live? I want to be sure I understand your question.
