Why are we no longer ranking #1 for our brand on the SEOMoz web app?

Been noticing these anomalies for some time now. I'm from eVenues.com and we've found the rank tracker extremely useful to see how our campaigns are doing. I noticed however that we no longer show up in the app as ranking for our brand? I know that results differ according to location and a myriad other variables but I think we're pretty strong as far as our brand name is concerned. I did a quick double check in incognito and, yep, we're still ranking...

Any ideas on this?

Have you checked that the rank checker is using the same version of Google as you - Google.co.uk instead of Google.com for example.

Hey Kenji,

I see what's going on here. You have setup your campaign as a subdomain campaign for www.evenues.com but your site currently ranks in Google for evenues.com without the www. Because this is a subdomain campaign we only pull rankings where the www.evenues.com subdomain ranks.

There are a couple things you can do with this. One thing would be to create a root domain campaign for evenues.com and then the campaign will pull rankings for and of your subdomains. The other option would be to go into Google Webmaster tools and tell Google to always show your site as www.evenues.com in their search results.
