Algorithm Question
-
Hello,
I'm trying to figure out why my site and a competitors site literally trade places in the SERPS every week?
My site has a boatload of content with an active blog with a lot of links versus a competitor that has virtually no links, limited content, 404 errors on the site.
The links I have are all natural links with the exception of directories like JoeAnt.
The only thing their site has is Domain Age where as mines is 4 months old.
Any insight?

Firstly what website are you talking about? is it http://www.bronxpad.com/ (on your profile) if you you don't appear to have any links?
What keywords are you trying to rank for?

To be honest, without knowing the URL of your site and the URL of your competition site it is pretty much impossible to say. It would need some in-depth research. It may well have something to do with your domain age.
What you are experiencing is possibly something called "Google Dance". It happens while Google's algorithm is trying to figure out the best place for you.

My site has over 1000 Links which is confirmed with google but for some reason doesn't show here. I was going to ask that question next about why SEO moz doesn't show that I have links. Yes it's www.bronxpad.com. The other site is Bronx agent dot com. My main keyword they don't even register on which is "Bronx homes for sale " but my other keyword the are 2 spots above me " Bronx homes" how are they doing this? Thanks for your help.
