I was just going through YouTube and thinking that to explain to a person who is no knowledge of how a search engine works maybe a video?

I was in the same boat as you.

What I was able to do, was put a value, an ROI on my activity. In fact, I just blogged about my success over at YouMoz although it's pending right now. At some point you have to tell clients.

I have had to tell clients many time that they hired me for a reason, they now need to just let go & let me guide them & everything will be roses.
