        Hi Dex64,

After looking at your website, I think your link profile looks very shady and maybe Google branded you as spammer (lots of comments on non related blog... I see japanese blogs, comments on threadless tee-shirt, war crimes blog... ).

What are your main search terms that you are targeting? The site doesn't look like it is particularly optimised towards a specific keyword other than "Natural Hemorrhoids Treatment". Is this the keyword which has dropped SERP's?

Where were you ranking before the drop?

The site also seems a little "spammy". I would concentrate on cleaning it up and optimising the on-site content then look at where you are getting your links from. From what I can gather, you have quite a few incoming links from some strange and none-relevant places - some I see are in Arabic and Japanese. How did you get these links?

              Hi,

Thanks for the reply. My main keyword is "Hemorrhoids treatment", i used to rank well for "natural hemorrhoid treatment", "cure for piles" But now i lost seprs for all of my keywords. And regarding links from japaneese & arabic sites. I hired one guy for blog comments from this guy i got these kind of links.

PS: Are links from other languages are bad ??

Hi Dex64, I think that Its probably a duplicate content issue with some of your content.Make your content unique and you should be back up high in searches!

I would recommend you to remove some instances of the keywords from each page of your site. When SEO first became popular, the best way to get to the top of the SERPs was to cram keywords in every page. The search engines are turning away from favoring keyword-dense pages and focusing more on LSI (latent semantic indexing). I've had excellent results in optimizing some of my older articles by removing some of the keywords from them.
You should also look into duplicate content issues, as mentioned  the above.

At the last I will suggest you too look at webmasters tools in google .

                WebmastersTools

Here you will get a lot of information about your website, it might help you.__________________

The guy you hired for your blog comments didn't look at the topics, just the popularity of the pages.

The comments are for the most part really spammy, if he made them in a short time span, maybe that's what alerted Google and why you lost serps.

And like Matt said below, clean up your website 🙂

                    Hi,

My content is original, I have no copies on the net. I have a copy writer who writes the content for my site. I think its not the issue with duplicat content. Please can someone point me in right direction.

This is why hiring someone for blog comment links is usually a bad move.

From now on, don't pay people to build your links unless they can be trusted within the industry.

As far as I can see, your site is not ranking at all (.com and .co.uk at least) for the keyword "Hemorrhoids treatment". Where did you rank when the keyword was performing best?

It looks like the blog comments might have impacted your SERP's. When did you hire him? Was it shortly before your SERP's dropped?

You need to add your full keyword in your page title, it currently reads "Natural Hemorrhoids Treatment", it should read something like "Hemorrhoids Treatment | RidPiles.com".

Add an image ALT attribute to one of the images on your home page. This ALT attribute should include your keyword.

Other small issues to look at:

                        • Reduce the length of the meta description tag to 156 characters or fewer.
                        • Avoid using meta keywords - they make no difference to SERPs
                        • Try linking once or twice (but not on your homepage) to external sites, possibly Wikipedia's entry about piles?
                        • Add a H1 title to your homepage and include your keyword

Moving onto the issue of links from sites using a different language - it is not always an issue, provided that the site linking to you is not considered spammy. It looks like the links you managed to gather are poor links from dodgy sites. Amount/Quantity of links should always be considered secondary priority behind the quality and relevance of the links.

Also, some of the blog entry articles have too many keywords crammed into them. As a general rule, you shouldn't really have it feature more than 2 or 3 times in an article. This can vary depending on lots of variables but safe is better than sorry as you are currently realising.

                            Hi,

Thanks for your suggestions. I have made the required changes to my site. Regarding the keyword usage in my articles is, i am using adwords also, for to increase my quality score in adwords, i need to have more keyword density. Thats why i have used the keywords more often in my articles. And onemore thing i need to ask is what exactly the problem causing my serps gone down? Are the things which you suggested above has caused me drop in my serps or it is with link profile? Anyways please point me in right direction to get out of the drop in serps.

Its very hard to say why your SERPs have gone down without looking at an in-depth change log of all the amendments you have made on the website. However, I would suggest that the issue here would be with the links from the forums and blog comments. If you can, get back to the person you hired to do the work - tell them that you think it has effected your SERPs and ask them to remove the links. If they wont, ask them for the username and passwords so you can try and remove them yourself. Remember, it is important NEVER to blast links at your websites - this will be penalized if found out. Also remember that quality is more important than quantity. If you are going to use Black Hat techniques then ensure that you cover your traces.

                                Hi Dex

How big was your drop in rankings and was it just one or many keywords?

I have already contacted that guy, as i can see there are little forums but maxium of blog comments. There is no chance of removing the comments unless you were the blog administrator. Now he left me no where, as he or me cannot remove those links. Any suggestion for this kind of problem?

                                    Hi,

I have drop in all of keywords, not on a single keyword.

How many comments did he make? Did he give you a report on where he left them?

If so, go through the report one by one and send an email to the webmaster of the site - they might be kind enough to remove them. Be prepared for the worst though, they might just ignore your email!

However, if you concentrate from now on on building GOOD QUALITY links, the spammy links will become less important.

                                        Well,

It seems i have a bad way ahead for sure. What iff i 301 to a new domain? Will it be the same with the penality?

I wouldnt panic too much. Just prepare for some hard and time consuming work. Stick with the domain. Keep updating new content and lower the keyword density, make the content as good as possible.

Then, you should follow a good quality link building strategy which should also include social link building.

I would happily provide you with a free report and plan should you wish to take me up on the offer. Then you could use the plan to do things properly and reduce the risk of SERP drops or even sandboxing (removal from results).

Add me on Skype if you wish to discuss anything, I should be available most of the time. My Skype name is on my profile (click my name).
