There seems to be a space between the " and the actual link. I think that could be the issue. I do not think that the order for the href and the rel attributes matter, but just for readability I would change the order. It just looks nicer

• The SEOmoz tools are not always uptodate (here in germany the report some crazy UTF8 problems) so maybe you see a bug the SEOmoz crawler has but not the google bot.

• As Rasmus said try to fix your "space" problem with a trim. and wait a few weeks to see the caninical take some effects
