As subject reads - I wonder if it possible to get the information about Facebook Likes, Google+´s and Tweets by using your API?

It would help a lot.

SEOmoz only has one API that provides access to their Linkscape index - it does not include social data such as Like's, +'s and Tweets.

Also, it seems like you have development resources available to utilize the APIs of the major social platforms.  Have you considered going straight to the source?
