Hello Bob,

Simply 301 redirect all your non-www urls to urls beginning with www. The other mehtod is to use cannonical tags sith your urls to tell serch engines which way do you prefer your urls.

Examiine the issue further: if you redirected the non-www url to the www-ones then simply type one without www and if it jumps to the www one the redirection is right. In this case you have to remove your non-www urls from the google index via google webmaster tools and they will no longer be there.

If the url does not jump to the www one the redirection is not good
