Multiple links off a webpage query

To be candid, when I see your question I view it as spam. Your signature is longer then your question, and has many links in it. I did not mention anything the first time I noticed you asked a question, but asking a question in this manner will lead others to ask whether you have a legitimate question or are posting to advertise your site.
With respect to your web page, forgive me for asking but are you serious? There are over 1000 external links, and the page shows a PA of 1. A page like this should not appear on a legitimate website.

Lol Sorry Dave, but Ryan totally hit the point

Thanks for the adjustment Dave.
With respect to your web page, the initial advice I would offer is to try to present the page in a manner which is sincerely helpful to people. Also reduce the number of links on the page to under 100.

The problem comes in populating these 43,000 sites with useful information.
Have you considered presenting 1 high quality site rather then 43,000 sites with duplicate content which lack any of the attention and dedication a site requires to be successful?
My prediction is you will be exceptionally disappointed with your results. Google is already pretty good about detecting site networks, and they are only going to get better. They can identify your site from it's registrant name, host, html code, links to and from the site, etc. The technique you are using has been abandoned by the SEO community because other methods are more successful with less work.
All that said, I am now trying to work out which is the lesser of the evils.
Option 4 is the closest. As I originally suggested, reduce the total links on the page to under 100.
