Link profile cleanup which sites are best
I've heard good things about rmoov as well although I haven't used it. I believe though that you still need to audit your links personally but you would get them in a more organized manner. What I do with my spreadsheets (which are often >30,000 links) is sort them by domain and then assess one link from each domain. I had a script built for me to weed out the nofollows and link/page not founds, but prior to having this script built I would do it manually. Once you have your sheet organized it's not that hard to zip through them. I'm not a fan of any of the automated tools that actually try to classify your links for you. I've reviewed a lot of sites' failed reconsideration requests and have seen several of these reports where they are horribly inaccurate.

Sitemap do they get cleared when its a 404
I would run a test and create a URL example.com/test. Check to see if it's in the sitemap, then delete it and check to see if it dropped from the site map. It should, but you never know.

Find all 404 links in my site that are indexed
I've recently discovered http://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ to be helpful. It doesnt monitor your 404's but it does find all 301/302's/404's/500's you have - as they come in. If you change a URL of a page, it will track those as well.

Find all links in the site and anchor text
If you want quick results of key pages, try https://github.com/ocodia/Check-My-Links/. I love this little addon for Chrome. I also use it for finding broken links on sites to which I would like a link-back from. It gives me an 'in' so that I can contact them with the corrections and ask for inclusion of my own site in their resources.

Duplicate content on report
You can noindex them but in my opinion and experience small things like that are not worth the trouble. I suggest moving on and working on something that is more impactful to the site. Messing around with something that has little consequence is not worth it...especially if you might ruin something if you don't know what you are doing.

How can we deal with spam
Delete all the spam posts, delete all the authors of those posts and 404 the pages. Require admin approval for new accounts to only people you trust not to spam. Add some anti-bot registration protection (security question, captcha, clearly state "admin approval required") and block common IP blocks.

Google webmaster and analytics access to others
Hi, Yes it is ok and secure. Adding users with these restrictions basically gives them read access rights to the relevant accounts but they cannot change settings, add/delete users or generally cause any unforeseen trouble!

How do these sites pull data from other websites
Did you use http://sucuri.net/ to test your site? So these 2 sites pulling data from mine and other sites is illegal? No who ever put them in your site code if you can't find them & you link out to them How can that be my site is hacked for them to just pull data and show on the page? If you have them in your websites template Why is a hosting change suggested? I thought you meant you were being hacked and I listed very secure very fast WordPress hosting 4. Would this be a good for us or not? What is meant was is this good for us in any ranking factors or should we go ahead and ask those sites to remove us from there listing? Would this be wrong in Goggle's eye? Site speed & Security Along not going to deal with your site if hacked for issues with WordPress hosting https://www.zippykid.com/ https://www.zippykid.com/benefits/speed-fast-wordpress-host/ is now part of googles Algorithm matters quite a bit http://moz.com/blog/site-speed-are-you-fast-does-it-matter Hope this helps, Thomas

Skip indexing the search pages
Sure - you have urls that are being blocked by robots - you have this line in your robots.txt - Disallow: /questions/search It is thus preventing urls from within that folder, questions, which start with the word search from being crawled. What are you trying to accomplish with this block? If it's the folder search, within questions, it should be /questions/search/. And the other warning is telling you these pages take a long time to load - check your server or these individual pages and see why that is taking so long.

Webmaster > HTML Improvements > Duplicate title tags
Dan Shure yes I miss this point. In addition to noindex you can use Google removal tool to remove these links one by one.Trying any of these things make sure you know how to use them as it can highly impact your traffic if one of the thing goes wrong.

Webmaster internal links issue
yes, this could be related to the footer. though if you have over 500k pages indexed I assume you do have duplicate content issues anyway.

Changing broken links and Anchor text be a problem?
It all depends on proportion of anchor text links. Best way is to use multiple keywords and anchors as click here / visit / product name Having too much change - if tilted towards particular keyword - may make Google see it as spam - through an over-optimization effort. Best to view it is through this video http://moz.com/blog/6-changes-every-seo-should-make-before-the-over-optimization-penalty-hits-whiteboard-friday

All images are noindex will opening this at once be an issue?
Hi, I can share from my personal experience, we had noindex to images earlier - though it was much lower as against yours as just 1500 images. after removing noindex from it - there was no issue at all The images started showing in google images after 2 weeks and almost after 6 weeks - we could start seeing most of them. You are doing correct by using Alt attribute, only thing is naming the image correctly (for ex, if someone searches for honda city then image should contain name as honda-city.jpg or like this along with Alt text)

Can the website pages have the site name like Title of the page | Sitename.com
No, it shouldn't be a problem. If anything, it should make your titles more targeted
